Pennisetum alopecuroides Hameln is a wonderful perennial grass plant that brings bright green foliage and lovely flowering to your garden throughout Summer into Autumn. The leaves form in a beautiful arch, making it an eye-catching plant from the get-go. From Summer into Autumn, an abundance of bristly, pink-purple flowering appears to bring a great contrast of colour to this showy Chinese Fountain Grass. This versatile variety is perfect in a display or on its own, whether that be in a pot, container or within borders.
Plant in sunny locations with moist, well-drained soil. Cut back stems close to ground level from late February through to the end of March.
