A tall and hardy herbaceous perennial with relatively large and notable flowers with rich colour. The Helenium ‘Moerheim Beauty’, or Sneezeweed’, is an upright shrub with long, narrow clumping foliage growing at the base of tall, stiff stems which carry brown centred daisy-like flowers with reflexed petals of copper-red or orange. This perennial blooms from mid-Summer through to Autumn, providing late season interest and with its rich seasonal hues.
Plant in moist, fertile, well-drained soils and keep in full sun in any position. Avoid dry soils and water regularly for best quality and quantity of flowers. May require staking to support taller stems. Attractive to pollinators.
