Produktbeschreibung
Quail is a division 7, Jonquilla Daffodil with elongated coronas that match in colour to the golden yellow petals. The scented blooms develop in groups of 2-4 per stem and gently overlap.
Great for naturalising areas, Quail is also great for borders, beds and containers like pots for indoor growing or on patios. Use for cut flowers and due to their strikingly rich colour, these flowers will be admired in a vase or with other blooms in an arrangement. In quantity, they also make great blooms for naturalising an area.
Narcissi refer to the plant species that while similar to Daffodils are both smaller in height and the size of the bloom, specifically the cup or corona. These characteristics do not diminish from the beauty of Narcissi, which are generally very colourful, showy and fragrant. Many of the Narcissi are the earliest bloomers of winter and early spring season and typically have a dazzling assortment of lemony yellows, golden oranges and stunning whites

Profi-Tipp
Daffodil bulbs are more sensitive to orientation than many other bulbs, so it’s important to follow the nose‑up rule when planting them. Always make sure the pointed tip is facing upwards, as planting them upside‑down can delay flowering by a full season.
Richtig gießen
Water Daffodil bulbs well after planting to settle the soil, then leave them through winter as natural rainfall is enough. In spring, water only if the weather is unusually dry, and once the foliage dies back in early summer, stop watering completely as the bulbs are dormant and prefer drier conditions.
Richtig pflanzen
Plant Daffodil bulbs in autumn, placing them in well‑drained soil at a depth around three times the height of the bulb. Space them about 10-15cm apart, then cover them fully with soil and firm it gently so the bulbs are settled and ready for winter moisture.
